HeliFreaks Speak is for remarks, anecdotes, tips, and stories by unrepentant, non-recovering helicopter nuts. Their words are offered to inspire and enlighten newbies and would-be RC helicopter enthusiasts. These guys fly together, swap parts, help each other diagnose problems, try new techniques and repairs—and make light of crashes when the other guy goes down.
RC heli pilots who are too widely separated by miles (or kilometers) to fly together in person exchange e-mail and heli parts in the post. Thanks to the Internet, USPS and FexEx no one needs to feel left out.
